The Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) are made by and between NETTEC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and the user (hereinafter referred to as the User) who uses the service with respect to all products and services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the Service).
1. Definition
The following words used in the Terms are defined as follows:
1.1. “Contents” refer to text, voice, music, image, film, software, program, code and any other contents of information.
1.2. “Linked Contents” refer to the contents which are linked through the Service.
1.3. “Individual Terms of Use” refer to other terms relating to the Service and the terms, criterion and policies published or issued in written by the Company.
2. Consent to the Terms
2.1. The User shall use the Service in accordance with the Terms. The User shall not use the Service unless he or she consents to the Terms effectively and irrevocably.
2.2. If the User is a minor, he or she is allowed to use the Service after his or her guardian or legal representative has consented. If the User uses the Service on behalf of an entity, the entity shall consent to the Terms before the user is allowed to use the Service.
2.3. Actual use of the Service by the User shall mean that the User consents to the Terms effectively and irrevocably.
2.4. If Individual Terms of Use are provided for the Service, the User shall abide by the Individual Terms of Use as well as the Terms while using the Service.
3. Changes in the Terms
The Company may amend the Terms and Individual Terms of Use from time to time without prior notification to the User if the Company thinks it necessary. The amended Terms and Conditions and Individual Terms of Use shall come into effect immediately after they are posted adequately on the website of the Company. If the User continues to use the Service after the Terms or Individual Terms of Use are amended, it shall mean that the User consents to the amended Terms and Individual Terms of Use effectively and irrevocably. As the Company will not inform each User of the amended contents of such terms, the User shall review the latest Terms and applicable Individual Terms of Use from time to time when using the Service.
4. Username
4.1. If the User is asked to provide relevant information while using the Service, the User shall provide true, correct and complete information and maintain the information updated.
4.2. The User shall be fully responsible for keeping the password confidential and preventing any unauthorized use. All activities conducted through the password shall be deemed to be the acts of the User.
4.3. The User registering to use the Service may delete his or her username and terminate the Service any time.
4.4. The Company may suspend or delete the username of any User without prior notification to the User if the Company thinks that the User actually or potentially violates the Terms.
4.5. All the rights of the User to use the Service shall be terminated upon deletion of his or her username, even when the User deletes his or her username accidentally. Please note that the deleted username cannot be restored.
4.6. The username for the Service is provided to the User personally. All rights of the User with respect to the Service shall not be assigned to, lent to or inherited by any third party.
5. Privacy
5.1. The Company respects the privacy of the User.
5.2. The Company deals with private information and personal information in accordance with NETTEC Privacy Policy.
5.3. The Company will manage the information collected from the User safely and take strict measures for safety management.
6. Provision of Service
6.1. For using the Service, the User shall be responsible for procuring necessary PC, mobile phone, communication equipment, operating system, communication device and electricity at the expense of the User.
6.2. The Company may check the age of the User, whether the User has confirmed the identification, whether the User has provided registration information, and any other conditions that the Company thinks necessary, and then provide all or part of its service to the Users who have satisfied the above conditions.
6.3. The Company may change all or part of the contents of the Service and terminate the provision of the Service without prior notification to the User if the Company thinks it necessary.
7. No Emergency Notification Function
The Service does not have the function of sending emergency notification to the police, coast guard authority, fire authority or any other authorities.
8. Advertising
The Company may post on the Service any advertisement for the Company or any third party.
9. Services Provided by Business Partners
The Service may contain the service or content provided by any of the entities with a business relationship with the Company. The entity providing the service or content shall assume all responsibilities arising out of the service or content. The terms of use provided by the entity that provides the service or content shall be applicable to the service or content.
10. Contents
10.1. The Company grants the User a non-exclusive and no assignable right, without sublicense, to use the Linked Contents provided by the Company only for the purpose of using the Service. The intellectual property right and other rights relating to the Linked Contents provided by the Company to its customers shall not be transferred to the User. The User shall only be granted to the above right of use.
10.3. The User shall not use the Linked Contents in the manner not designated for the Service (including reproduction, transmission, re-posting, or change).
10.4. The User shall save the backup of the contents. The Company shall not be obligated to save the backup of the contents.
10.5. The Service may probably have the function to allow most users to post articles, amend, delete or edit. Under the circumstances, the User agrees that other users shall edit the contents of the article posted by the user.
10.6. The Company may check the contents of any posted article when the Company needs to ensure its compliance with all laws, statutes or the Terms. However, it does not mean that the Company has the obligation to check the contents.
10.7. If the Company thinks that the contents of the article posted by a user actually or potentially violate applicable laws, statutes or the Terms or if the Company has to meet certain needs of its business, it may restrict the use of the contents of the article posted via the Service by deleting the contents of the posted article without prior notification to the user.
11. Prohibited Matters
When using the Service, the User shall not conduct any activity that
11.1. Violates any law, court verdict, judgment or order or any legally binding administrative measures;
11.2. Endangers public order or affects good manners and customs;
11.3. Infringes upon the copyright, trademark, patent, intellectual property right, right of fame, privacy or any other rights of the Company or a third party provided by the law or any contract.
11.4. Involves anyone sending the contents containing excessive violence, excessive sexual hint or any discrimination based on race, nationality, religion, sex, social status or birth, enticing people to commit suicide, self harm or abuse drugs, and any unpleasant contents, including anti-social behavior;
11.5. Involves anyone pretending to be the Company or a third party, or distributing untrue information;
11.6. Involves anyone exchanging the right to use the Linked Contents for cash, properties or other economic interests in the manner not indicated by the Company;
11.7. Is conducted for the purpose of marketing, promoting, advertising, recruiting or seeking for profits (except as otherwise agreed by the Company); for the purpose of sex or obscenity; for the purpose of knowing or dating anyone of the opposite sex who the user has never met; for the purpose of harassing or slandering another user; or for any other purposes rather than the purpose designated for the Service;
11.8. Provides benefit or assistance for anti-social forces;
11.9. Involves anyone persuading or enticing people into participating in religious activities or joining in any religious group;
11.10 Involves anyone improperly collecting, publishing or providing with the personal information, registration information, use records of another person;
11.11 Interferes with the server or network system of the Service; utilizes BOT, cheat tools or other technical means to operate improperly the Service; takes advantage of any loophole of the Service deliberately; makes an improper enquiry or request to the Company based on the same issue mentioned repeatedly and beyond the necessary extent; or hinders the Company from operating the Service or other users from using the Service and makes interference;
11.12. Supports or facilitates any of the acts indicated from the subsection 11.1 to the subsection 11.11;
11.13. Other acts that the Company thinks improper.
12. Responsibility of User
12.1. When using the Service, the User shall assume all responsibilities. The User shall be fully responsible for all activities conducted by the User and their results.
12.2. If the Company thinks that the User uses the Service in violation of the Terms, the Company shall take the measures that it thinks necessary and adequate. However, it does not mean that the Company is obligated to prevent or correct any violation.
12.3. For any damage incurred by the Company directly or indirectly (including the lawyer’s fee) due to the use of the Service by the User (including any complaint about the use received by the Company from a third party), the User shall compensate immediately upon request of the Company.
13. Disclaimer of the Company
13.1. The Company does not guarantee, in any express or implied way, that the Service (including the Linked Contents) does not have factual defects or legal defects (including safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for specific purpose, safety-related fault, error or program mistake, infringement). The company shall not be obligated to correct such defects before providing the Service.
13.2. The Company assumes no responsibility for any damage incurred by the User due to the Service. However, if any Service-related contract between the Company and the User (including the Terms) is the consumer contract defined in the Consumer Contract Act, the disclaimer clause shall not applicable to the contract.
13.3. In case of any debts not paid off and incurred due to the fault of the Company (except gross negligence) or any damage incurred by the User due to infringement, the Company shall not be responsible for any damage caused by special reasons (including the damage that has been foreseen or may be foreseeable by the Company or the User), even under the circumstances provided in the proviso of the subsection 13.2. Besides, for any debts not paid off and incurred due to the fault of the Company (except gross negligence) or any damage incurred by the User due to infringement, the compensation shall be limited to the amount collected from the User in the month in which the damage occurs.
14. Method of Contact
14.1. Any Service-related matters that the Company needs to contact the User for shall be posted adequately on the website of the Company or dealt with in the manner that the Company thinks proper.
14.2. Any matters that the User needs to contact the Company for shall be communicated through the issue response form available on the website of the Company or dealt with in the manner that the Company thinks proper.
NETTEC and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “NETTEC”) promise to protect and respect your privacy. Our operating activities have met the legal requirements for protection of personal privacy and safety of personal information. The NETTEC Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) will help you understand how we use and protect the personal information we collect and the objects to whom we disclose personal information.
Your provision of personal information to us means that you accept the Policy.

When the specific purpose of collecting personal information has vanished, NETTEC will stop using your personal information.

When you provide NETTEC with your personal information, you understand and agree that the personal information be transmitted to NETTEC’s affiliates and (or) our agents and (or) contractors, and any of NETTEC’s affiliates and (or) our agents and (or) contractors may probably save and process your personal information. Your personal information will be transmitted across boarder, saved and used in accordance with the Policy.
Safety of the Service
We adopt appropriate safety measures to prevent your personal information from being stolen, modified, disclosed or destroyed. NETTEC will not ask you to provide with special or sensitive personal information, such as medical or health records, politics or religion, sexual orientation, sexuality, criminal records or gene. Please do not provide us with such information.

We amend the policy irregularly, so we suggest that you review the policy from time to time. Significant amendment to the policy will be announced on our website.
